Poker Ghost is a coaching tool. The data you share with us exists to make you a better poker player — not to be monetized, sold, or shared with advertisers. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how you can control it.

Your data is used exclusively to provide the Poker Ghost service:
We use the following third-party services to operate Poker Ghost:

| Supabase | Database and authentication. Your data is stored on Supabase servers in the US West region. |
| Anthropic (Claude) | AI responses. Your messages and coaching context are sent to Anthropic's API to generate Ghost's responses. Anthropic's privacy policy applies to this processing. |
| OpenAI (Whisper) | Voice transcription (if you use the voice feature). Audio is sent to OpenAI's API and immediately discarded after transcription. |
| Stripe | Payment processing. We never see your card number. Stripe's privacy policy governs payment data. |
| Resend | Transactional email delivery. |
| Loops | Subscription email communications (for users who opt in). |
| Vercel | Hosting. Your requests are routed through Vercel's infrastructure. |
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or financial compliance purposes (for example, payment records).
Anonymous (guest) usage data is tracked by hashed IP address and automatically reset every 24 hours.

Poker Ghost is intended for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we become aware that a minor has created an account, we will delete it promptly.
We use industry-standard security practices including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS), row-level security on our database (so users can only access their own data), and secure authentication. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top. For material changes, we will notify you by email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
