Poker Ghost is an AI-powered coaching service for live poker players. It provides conversational coaching, session tracking, opponent notes, and behavioral analytics to help players improve their decision-making at the table.
Poker Ghost ("we," "us," or "our") is the operator of this service. By using Poker Ghost, you agree to these Terms of Service.
Poker Ghost provides coaching insights and general poker strategy based on your input. It is not a substitute for professional financial, legal, or gambling advice. Ghost does not guarantee results, and poker involves real financial risk. You are solely responsible for your own decisions at the table and for any financial outcomes that result from your play.
Ghost's analysis is based on the information you provide and general poker principles. It does not calculate exact equity percentages or guarantee the accuracy of any strategic recommendation.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use Poker Ghost. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement.
Poker Ghost offers the following subscription plans:
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. All prices are in USD.
Founding member prices are locked in for the life of your subscription. If prices increase in the future, your rate will not change.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from the app's settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain full access until then.
We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. If you cancel mid-month, you will not be charged for the following month but will not receive a refund for the current month.
If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at coaching@pokerghost.ai within 30 days and we will review your case.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Do not share your password. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in abuse of the service, or attempt to circumvent subscription limits.
The hand histories, session notes, opponent information, and other content you enter into Poker Ghost are yours. We do not sell your personal game data to third parties.
You grant us a limited license to process your content for the purpose of providing the service — for example, using your session history to provide coaching context to the AI.

We aim to keep Poker Ghost available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be unavailable during maintenance, outages, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for losses resulting from service interruptions.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Poker Ghost and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including financial losses resulting from poker play, regardless of whether we were advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
Poker Ghost is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, that coaching advice will be accurate in any specific situation, or that use of the service will improve your poker results.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date above. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. For material changes, we will notify you by email.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
